Develop architecture strategy to meet key business objectives. Develop plans and schedule the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of systems architecture, including applications, data and infrastructure. Assure business system integration. Manage the planning for retirement of products and migration plans for the functional evolution of the system infrastructure. Qualifications: Relevant Bachelors degree or experience equivalent. 5 or more years experience of IT from development to architecture. Web Services security. Experience with UML, software development methodologies and tools like RSA, RAD, etc.  Systems development expertise using J2EE, POJOs, Frameworks like JSF, Spring, Struts, etc. Experience with Portal Technologies like AquaLogic User Interaction (ALUI) Portal. Experience with SSO, Authentication and Authorization techniques. Ability to understand and have insight into the big picture and relate it to the current state. Master level knowledge and experience in researching technologies. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent consultative and communication skills. Management skills.
