Join us and you’ll be inspired to discover your own mix of professional advantages and personal rewards. We seek an outgoing, team-oriented individual to fill a Sr. IT Financial/Business Analyst position in Corporate Treasury Systems.  This is a great opportunity to work on the Treasury Production Team.  This position does require providing effective and responsive production support to our mission-critical and time-sensitive financial applications. In addition, the position requires participating in an on-call rotation every 7th week.Primary Responsibilities: Support Corporate Systems Financial systems including CheckFree/Fiserv and SunGard accounting applications. Develop business requirements and prepare detailed specifications for use by technology teams in building solutions. Identify needed business/system changes; how to retool the business and/or system and inter system dependencies. Conduct analysis of alternatives, recommendations, and data mapping. Assist in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact finding. Develop and execute integrated systems test plans. Provide effective and responsive production support to the area applications. Support Monthly Release Deployments. Conduct root cause analysis. Facilitate meetings and coordinating activities across teams.  Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in applications systems analysis and/or in one or business aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle. Candidate with an accounting background is required. Candidate with IT experience is required. Experience with business workflow, use case and/or UML preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills.
