If you’re seeking a rare combination of support and resources for your career, Optum is the healthy business for your professional success.   Responsibilities Calculate and administer commissions and bonuses under various compensation plans. Analyze sales performance results and commission payments Support inquiries from the sales force related to commission payouts and provide a resolution to any issues arising from the inquiries Maintain and audit information needed to determine annualize contracted revenue and release of commission payout. Provide guidance to the sales force on the sales plan policy Performing analysis and preparing standard and ad hoc reports Prepare data analytics to support our commission expense entries Conduct sales plan presentation as needed to the sales force as part of the plan roll-out Provide recommendations senior management team on resolving plan interpretation issues.Competencies Strong analytical background with a good grasp of financial and mathematical concepts Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects as assigned, without assistance. Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation Required 3+ years of compensation, commissions or related experience. BS/BA in business, finance, economic or accounting or equivalent experience working in a business or financial environment.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be used to meet this requirement.Desired Experience working in IT project or working with IT Team Database experienceUnitedHealth Group is a drug-free workplace.  Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.  Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
