JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8-5; Days of work: M-F SUMMARY: The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for strategic plan facilitation and the design and implementation of business development and growth strategies for OhioHealth's businesses, products, and entities. This position provides the marketing management for OhioHealth's strategic business units. He/She has responsibility for new product development, marketing strategy development, and communications/promotions implementation. This position is also responsible for integrating the marketing/planning process with operations. REQUIREMENTS:Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or health care administration/planning. Acute knowledge of integrated systems and operations and applicable governmental regulations. Proven project management skills and knowledge of communications design and production processes. Familiarity with relationship management techniques. Knowledge of product/service marketing management, finance/managed care, strategic and business planning, feasible analysis, forecasting, market research. Continuing education required through seminars and reading of professional journals. 7-10 yrs progressive involvement in strategic planning support, business planning, marketing. Professional maturity and technical competence in marketing, finance, planning and business analysis and research.
