Job Skills/Requirements
The senior level .NET Portal Developer will perform as a key member of the portal development team and will be involved in all aspects of the development process including architecture, design, development, system testing, and user acceptance testing. The developer will also participate in cross-functional teams to implement and support various enterprise projects like identity management, portal, web services and application integrations.

- Provides detailed architectural support for design and development of SHPS enterprise service architecture and its components.
- 5 to 7 years of overall experience with design, development, documenting, and maintenance of multi-tier, transactional web-based applications.
- 5 to 7 years of extensive experience in .NET technologies, including skills in C#, ASP.NET, SOAP web services, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, and CSS.
- 5 to 7 years of experience with Microsoft's technologies, including IIS, ASP, VB, SQL Server, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, and CSS.
- Demonstrated understanding of software development methodologies, programming concepts, design patterns, OOP/OOD, and database design.
- Understanding of Event Driven and Service Oriented Architectures.
- Ability to work timely and efficiently in a rapidly-changing environment.
- Must be able to work effectively within a team with assignment independence.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education Requirements
 – Bachelor's degree required
