Job Skills/Requirements
As a Security Analyst, you will administer access controls across computing environments in accordance with Information Security policies and standards. Assist in defining, implementing and maintaining access control systems, and detecting and responding to access issues and incidents. Assist in promoting security awareness throughout the Enterprise.

- Must possess excellent documentation writing skills.
- Participate in formal risk assessment reviews to determine the critical points of business exposure.
- Creates and maintains associate network accounts and user rights. Demonstrated experience with security on Microsoft Windows platforms, Active Directory, Unix (Solaris/AIX) and Linux.
- Creates and maintains associate e-mail accounts. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003.
- Assists Disaster Recovery/Continuity Manager to ensure the Enterprise meets compliance requirements. Knowledge of information security technologies and Disaster Recovery Business Continuity plans.
- Experience with developing Information security Policy and compliance, including, Inter/Intranet, Networking policies, e-mail security and use, overall security policy creation based on commonly accepted security practices (with the ability to justify policy strength to real business need or risk).
- Effective communication skills with the ability to discuss technical issues in a business environment.
- Responsible for leading projects from small to medium complexity.
- Participate with project teams to ensure new applications and systems will comply with established security policies and standards.
- Excellent analytical skills, customer service skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to show initiative and take on new tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work in an on-call rotation, some after-hours and weekends.

Experience/Education
- 4 year degree or equivalent Security work experience.
- Basic coding/scripting knowledge required.
- ISACA or Security+ certifications a preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology or other related technical area.

All benefits are effective on the 29th day of employment with the exception of tuition reimbursement, which is effective after 90 days of employment.
