Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage all aspects of running a plasma donation center.

·  You will monitor and evaluate all center operations.

·  You will maintain thorough familiarity with and ensure compliance of State and Federal regulations (OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP.)

·  You will prepare employee staffing schedules.

·  You will assist in budget preparation and managing facility against that budget.

·  You will supervise donor selection, plasma collection and shipment, and records completion to maintain highest production standards.

·  Most importantly, you will drive yourself and your staff to build rapport with donors and to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

We prefer that you have a four year degree in a Science or Business related field. You must have experience managing a large group of employees and at least 1-2 years in a plasma or related industry preferred. If you have a prior medical or nursing background with one year of plasma experience, we want to talk to you!

To be successful in this role you must be detail oriented. You must be customer service focused as plasma donors are critical to the success of the center. You must have strong leadership, motivation, and organizational skills. Lastly, strong computer skills and legible handwriting are a must!IMPORTANT NOTE: incumbent may have to train for 4-5 months in another location. Travel and living expenses are covered during off site training.
