We have an immediate opening for a Staff Development Coordinator at Belen Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. in Belen, New Mexico and a second opening at St. Catherine Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Current RN nursing licensure in New Mexico



Minimum two years of experience as a Staff Development Coordinator



Strong qualities of leadership, communication, and organizational skills



Ability to communicate effectively



LTC experience preferred





Responsibilities will include:

Ensure staff proficiency and training initiatives are completed



Conduct general orientation and in-service training



Manage infection control tracking and related initiatives



Maintain nursing staff licensure and certification verification



Interview and selection process for licensed staff
