Talented hospital Pharmacist needed for the day/evening (mainly day) rotation position! Successful candidate will provide pharmaceutical services to institutionalized patients in a manner that maximizes quality and patient safety. Participates in and oversees the dispensing of medication in accordance with federal and state regulations.

One evening per week, every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Doctorate.

·New York state pharmacy license or eligible.

· One + year of experience in hospital pharmacy.
