Job Description: * Responsible for evaluating, assessing, planning and delivering patient care upon referral from a  physician. * Provide direct patient care to individuals of all ages. * Constant contact with other departments, patients and their families on a regular basis * Daily average of 7 hours of productive direct patient care is expected. * Provide supervision to PTA’s, Techs and PT students as assigned.
