Staff RN B, REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE CENTER, ROTATING SHIFTS

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a program at an accredited School of Nursing. Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse license. Requires 2 years RN experience in a Medical/Surgical area. Interpersonal skills necessary to instruct and comfort patients and their families, and maintain effective contacts with a variety of hospital personnel. Analytical skills necessary to prepare nursing plans of care, implement effective nursing care and develop solutions to problems concerning patients' mental or physical well-being. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for up to eighty percent of work time when planning and performing professional nursing care, resolving patient care problems and dealing with patients and their families, often during stressful situations.
