Staffing Coordinator - Part Time

Job Summary:

Responsible for incorporating an energetic, motivational and “can do” work style in order to meet all clients’ needs in a timely and responsible manner.  Duties include:

·  Recruits, screens, interviews, and hires candidates for Caregiver positions, working closely with supervisor to retain quality candidates.

·  Identifies and coordinates Caregiver resources with Care Manager to ensure individual client needs are met and caregiver skills are matched appropriately.

·  Confirms and verifies Caregiver schedules and ensures all available shifts are covered.

·  Ensures accurate payroll and billing for all Caregiving activity.

·  Assists with the tracking and communication of benefits eligibility and provides information and resources to Caregiving staff.

·  Participates in after hours on-call duty rotation to ensure 24 hour availability for staffing/client concerns.

·  Ensures accuracy of all information input into Caregiver staffing/scheduling system.

·  Conducts new Caregiver orientation sessions as scheduled, explaining LivHOME policies, procedures and benefits with emphasis on safety and prevention practices.

·  Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Experience / Credentials / Education:High school diploma or equivalent required. PC proficiency required. Must be able to maintain employee and candidate information in a highly confidential manner and demonstrate efficient problem-solving skills.Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume office environment. Previous staffing or recruiting experience preferred.Ability to travel to Redwood City satellite to provide support as needed, up to 50% of time.
