Job Essentials: Operates, repairs and maintains steam generating and related equipment; Performs chemical water treatments as required; Maintains log books as required by the State; Prepares boilers for annual inspections; Performs preventative maintenance duties as assigned; Responds to emergency situations; May be required to operate microwave disinfecting unit (MDU); Performs general maintenance repairs and alarm monitoring as required Educational Requirements, Qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent. Must have Black Seal NJ Stationary Engineers License. Minimum of 2 yrs experience as a Stationary Engineer.
