In addition to Urgent Care services, Solantic also offers Occupational Medicine, Digital X-ray, Lab Tests, Solantic Rx, and a variety of Physicals and Immunizations. Responsibilities include: Customer Service  1. Provide legendary customer service with as little hassle as possible to patients, visitors and coworkers. 2. Provide excellent, friendly patient care to all who come through our doors seeking health related services. 3. Lead, direct, and assist during emergencies while maintaining a comforting and reassuring affect for patients. Leadership 1. Understand, teach and live the Solantic mission, vision and values. 2. Manage, motivate and grow a team of employees. 3. Accountable for  monitoring center budget, exploring revenue enhancement opportunities, ensuring cost efficiency.4. Create and analyze reports and utilize data to meet center revenue goals.  5. Lead business development through networking with other healthcare providers and within the community. Operations 1. Responsible for all day to day operations. 2. Work with center physicians, medical assistants and other providers to ensure quality patient care and outstanding customer service. 3. Support account executives by participating in customer presentations and providing center tours. 4. Assure quality standards in clinical services. 5. Comply with necessary regulatory standards; ensuring all credentialing and regulatory agency requirements are complete and current. 7. Responsible for having a working knowledge of Medical Manager and ability to use the system to input and retrieve data.  8. Orchestrate positive patient experiences. 9. Work with billing to ensure successful and timely billing.  Staff Planning and Management 1. Staff centers with employees who meet Solantic Employee standards. 2. Train, develop, mentor and coach staff members with focus on delivering standardized product. Education and Experience 1. High School diploma or equivalency required. 2. Minimum 3-5 years management experience in a retail environment. 3. Ability to operate effectively in a start-up environment. 4. Computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.5. Must be able to handle environment subject to varying fast paced and high stress conditions, including long and variable hours, changing locations, and continuous and frequent contact with others.  The Solantic Center Manager is a salaried position.  Please include your salary history to be considered for the position.
