STRATEGIC PLANNING BUSINESS ANALYST

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Perform targeted analyses of operational or market data to create insights and shape the strategic direction of the company.

Ø Execute special projects to drive rapid change in the operations of the business.

Ø  Lead cross-functional efforts to capitalize on improvement opportunities.

Ø  Work with senior management to set priorities and drive growth.



The successful candidate will possess the following:

Ø  Strong analytical skills including comfort with both quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Ø  Strategic, fact based acumen to evaluate the impact of business options across multiple business units and translate the business strategies into concise and compelling communication.

Ø  Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics and value drivers in relevant markets.

Ø  Experience working initiatives in an environment undergoing strategic change and transformation.

Ø Possess the character, integrity, personal style and record of achievement to establish credibility with senior management, peers, subordinates, collaboration partners, and external constituents.

Ø Strong written and verbal communication and ease presenting to and working with senior management.

Ø Highly organized with the ability to lead and deliver results on multiple on-going projects.

Ø  Strong leadership and ability to work independently to drive change through out the organization.

Ø  Passion for building and being a part of a winning organization.

Ø  Healthcare and/or Health Insurance experience.

Ø  Business degree required, MBA preferred.

Ø  Top-tier consulting experience is highly desirable.
