Comprised of the Application Services Group, Enterprise Shared Services Group and the IT Business Services Group, UnitedHealth Group IT has over 7,000 internal and external resources across the globe, and offices in California, Connecticut, Minnesota, New Jersey, South Carolina and Wisconsin. This position is responsible for providing critical support to the Strategic Sales Support Analyst, focusing on data analysis and trending information designed to ensure the SAE's role of strategic business with our customers is fulfilled. The Analyst will provide analytical information, analysis and recommendations to proactively position the SAE to make fact based decisions about renewals and prepare them for client consultations. The incumbent will also be accountable to act as strategic backup to SAE, consulting with customers on all non-service related requests on an as-needed basis. The customer should view this role as an extension of the SAE. In addition the role will be responsible for facilitating contract issuance and signing. Primary Responsibilities: Proactively gather and analyze data to position the SAE to consult with customers including: Aggregation of customer reporting information Insight Driven Solutions (IDS) Data Support Data Drill Down for non-IDS customers Ad hoc reporting for customers (Including consulting with customers to determine business requirements, conducting data analysis, setting parameters, working with UW, ordering reports and coordinating their distribution.) Medicare D reporting (Including pulling eligibility and other reporting in order to help the group file for their subsidy) Stop Loss Vendor Reporting¿ Track A and Track B Report coordination and delivery. Renewal Coordination and Preparation including: Preparation for Block Calls Data collection and analysis Preparation of Renewal Letters Coordination of enrollment kits and collateral Update ATLAS Serve as the primary contact person in support of the SAE, handling all non-service related customer requests and conducting customer consultations as required. Collaborate with Renewal Business Analysts on any Requests for Proposal and NBEA: thoroughly review RFP responses for accuracy, coordinate the signing of the affidavit, order disruption reports, and update ATLAS. Create and maintain a Customer Scorecard that aggregates all customer information including trends, myuhc adoption, improvement opportunities, etc. Facilitate issuance and signing of FI/ASO contracts: ensuring final quality of information in the IBAAG, obtaining customer approval on the IBAAG, act as a liaison between the customer and legal, work with customer to build SPD, (review with customer, signoff and approval), PRP process review - non-standard, filing of the case request with the DOI, and assure final record-keeping of all legal documents. Analyze and resolve legal issues as they occur, due to documents. Facilitate AMT meetings as necessary. Customer Communication: Update customers on changes, per field communications, (i.e. ASO Medical Rx rebate, network disruptions, various informative letters regarding UHC/UHG process changes). Assist SAE in the facilitation of 3rd party audits/claims audits (including Medicare audits): coordinating annual and adhoc audits on behalf of the customer in order to verify that we are administering the plans correctly (acting on behalf of the customer -voice of the customer) and working with the quality auditing unit to move to completion.
