Supervisor

Some of the duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Must have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills. Candidate will work closely with management and is expected to have strong oral and written communication skills. 2 years of previous supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff. Ideal candidate will have a strong leadership skills, computer skills, initiative, self direction and reliable transpiration. AHCCCS knowledge a plus.



Requirements:



Great Supervisor Skills



Supervises, and coordinates the activities of all PFA and Billing Staff.



Coordinates the timely submission and billing of third party claims.



Monitors the effectiveness and quality of the third party screening effort.



Assists management with the review of employee performance by assisting in the measurement of both quality and quantity of work performed.



Assists in the client relations’ effort by providing clients with information about IHMS work efforts and results in a professional and courteous manner. Provides on-going and new staff training.



Reviews and sends out monthly reports to Clients, (Referral, Status, Close and Special), indicating work efforts on accounts referred.



Participates in professional associations as requested to enhance managerial skills and in marketing and sales events to provide exposure for the company and its services.



May be required to work a small queue to assist with understaffing in PFA or Billing area.



Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette



Must have great attendance.



Must have a reliable transportation



Must have good English communication skills.



Good computer skills (Word, Excel etc.).
