Program Overview:

CHL's Flexible Support Program, located in Worcester,  provides services to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances and their families. "Flex Support" is an outpatient outreach program that provides services at CHL's Belmont Street location as well as in homes and community settings.  The program utilizes a multi-disciplinary team of  clinicians, support workers and case managers who work together to develop individual treatment and support plans for children and their families. The program provides therapeutic, outreach and advocacy services, helping children and teens develop social, relationship and coping skills while linking parents and families to appropriate support services in the community.

Job Responsibilities:

FT 37.5 hrs/wk Supervisor Direct Care Staff - After School Program toProvide oversight of the after school program.Orient and supervise program staff and ensure program staff is trained. Set up and follow through with activity planningFacilitate intakes of candidates for the program.Work closely with Care Coordinators and Director to shape the direction of the Flex Program.Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and timely.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required.Program management experience preferred.Coursework in social services, psychology or related field preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills and general assessment and crisis intervention skills required.Demonstrated leadership potential and/or ability.Bilingual a plus.
