Participate in the preparation of the MD&A for annual and quarterly SEC reporting.Financial policy and best practice change management and integration across organization.Merger and acquisition due diligence, analysis, and integration.Qualifications:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a large-scale, complex, multi-location, and multi-product environment. A thorough understanding GAAP and experience with SEC reporting.Strong presentation and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with business unit and corporate management and executives.Project management skills, must have ability to manage multiple, complex projects including M&A transactions and integrations.An undergraduate degree (MBA desirable), CPA, combination of 5 to 7 years of private sector and Public Accounting experience..
