Supervisor – INR Operations

Consists of daily supervision of all areas and aspects of operations customer service team to ensure that a cost effective quality service is delivered to all customers.  Proactively direct and mentor the operations team to effectively provide accurate and excellent customer service.

 

Essential Functions:Supervise customer service team workflow to insure superior customer service.Develop and monitor team and individuals KPI’s.Develop and distribute business performance reports to customers.Perform daily quality control of the customer database.Oversee all aspects of the team, including hiring, training, motivation, performance, development, discipline, and work distribution.Assist in developing and implementing a business plan to stay in line with company goals and objectives.Proactively implement procedural revisions whenever necessary.Offer resolutions on any business challenges that are encountered.Create a positive work environment that meets employees needs.

 

To be Considered for this Position you MUST HAVE:Bachelors degree in Business preferred.2 years experience in an Operations and/or Customer Service environment.Previous supervisory experience is required.Superb work ethic necessary.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
