Surgical Services Management Opportunities

Exceptional management opportunities are available within the surgical services division of Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) in Charlotte, NC. Qualified candidates for either position must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current NC RN license. Requires two years of management experience and should be proficient with a personal computer. Master's degree preferred.

Director/Perioperative
This key opportunity exists to supervise and coordinate both clinical and administrative functions of CMC’s OR to ensure quality patient care is provided. Responsibilities include supervision of staff, promoting a safe environment and facilitating collaboration between staff, management, administration and physicians. Three to five years of OR experience preferred.

Director/Surgical Support
Highly visible position is available to supervise and coordinate the daily surgical services support functions and personnel related to CMC’s Main OR and One Day Surgery Center (including pre-op clinic, holding, posting, education, regulatory compliance and care environment). Will ensure the highest quality, yet cost effective care is provided while embracing the service oriented nature of our business.
