Job Description

The Survey Analyst will participate in selecting, defining, and preparing a primary data collection approach that facilitates outreach effort improvements and new product development. He/she will work with survey tools, statistical programs, various sampling methodologies, and operational processes to enable sound and accurate applications and executions of surveys.  This person needs to demonstrate by example the value of Health Dialog in all respects: products, company, and culture. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

·  Select and/or write tailored survey data collection tools for application in assessing person-level and population-level outreach strategies for Health Dialog’s programs.

·  Prepare interpretation and scoring guidelines and working with other colleagues to develop outreach recommendations based on survey data

·  Develop approaches to exploit the value of primary data in Health Dialog’s programs, working in consort with other operational units

·  Prepare internal and external documentation, presentations, and publications on methodologies and study findings.

·  Work to identify and maintain relationships with external survey vendors

·  Work with internal teams to ensure captured data is appropriately reported into Health Dialog’s system

 

Qualifications

The ideal applicant will have project management and data analytic experience. The following qualifications are desired:

·  Deep understanding and 2-4 years of experience in health care or outreach survey development and research methodologies

·  Experience with and understanding of survey and focus group research

·  Superb analytic skills

·  Ability to get and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

·  Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

·  Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on various projects

·  Strong attention to detail

·  Ability to communicate complex data analytics clearly in written and oral presentations

·  Superb writing skills

·  Advanced degree in analytic and research fields recommended (economics, statistics, public health, etc.)
