System Administrator

Description

 

Our Education and Training Department is looking for a stimulating, enthusiastic, detail-oriented self-starter to join our professional training team and take up the challenge of developing and delivering instructor-led new employee orientation, regulatory, technical and non-technical training to staff and management personnel.  The position will work collaboratively with people throughout the organization to develop and administer competency assessment tools. Additionally, this position will work with Subject Matter Experts throughout the organization to develop content for online training programs.

 

 

Requirements

 

Requirements include Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, organizational behavior, or medical technology and at least two years experience designing, developing and delivering training plus demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theories and methods, including instructional design. A medical technology certification is preferred, but not required.
