Systems Audit

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246 Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Job duties include but are not limited to the following: * Create plans for accomplishing project objectives and ensures the project strategy complies with professional standards and addresses the risks inherent in the project * Provides consulting support on BCBSF initiatives and with management as a SME on information technology controls * Provides project management, inspires teamwork and responsibility with project team members * Uses current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services * Manages multiple IT Audit projects and staff assigned to achieve the scope, timing, and objectives of each assignment * Communicates overall summary of audit results to operating management alerting management to unusual or high-risk situations requiring immediate action * Develops and mentors IT audit staffJob Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * 7 or more years of technology audit experience * Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation * Experience with auditing a variety of technical platforms, such as operating systems, databases, networks, firewall systems, web services, etc * Understanding of applicable regulatory and compliance requirements * Project management skills * Knowledge and proper application of sampling techniquesBusiness Specific Criteria (Preferred Skills): * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Computer Science or related field * CIA or CPA designation or a strong desire to pursue one of those designations * Knowledge of health insurance industry * Auditing experience at a large regional or international public accounting firm * Experience performing SAS70s, knowledge of the BCBS System or IIA Standards * Supervising experience If you are interested in applying to this position, please click on the "Apply Now" link and follow these important steps: 1.  Log-in if you have an existing profile on the BCBSF website.
