PHNS provides information technology, business process outsourcing and records storage focusing on the healthcare industry and information services We’re currently looking for a Systems Manager to work onsite at our location in Rockville, MD. Essential Functions: Coaches and counsels team leaders or individual performers working on projects and support that have strategic impact on the organization.  Regularly interacts with senior management on matters concerning several specific areas/customers.  Changes the thinking of or gains acceptance of others in sensitive situations.  Establishes strategies to achieve business goals and objectives of the Account.  Identifies opportunities to leverage PHNS’ expertise across the enterprise.  Develops new and fosters existing relationships with Account Executives.  Leads and coaches multiple employees to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.  Identifies, selects, and develops employees.  Ensures appropriate employee orientation.  Assesses and evaluates employee contribution, growth, and development.  Identifies and resolves performance issues. Conducts career counseling and coaching. Has recruitment and separation authority. Establishes and implements total compensation plans (salary increase, bonus, recognition and other allowances) based on employee contribution. Manages total compensation as a part of the total budget. Measures and acts on customer and employee satisfaction. Evaluates workflows and job design to ensure the organization performs optimally.  Has financial accountability. Establishes and manages the organization’s financial and staffing plans. Develops long-range work force plans. Establishes and manages the organization's tactical plans. May participate in new business development activities.
