SunBridge Harbor View Community Services Center in Long Beach has an immediate opening for a TBS Clinical Supervisor position. The Center is an outpatient mental health program for children ages 5-21 in Long Beach, CA. We are contracted with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health to offer services to children with Medi-Cal in the Long Beach area. We currently serve over 350 children with our combined services, including field-based mental health, Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), and the new Full Service Partnership (FSP) programs.

The Clinical Supervisor, position is available in our TBS program. The Clinical Supervisor supervises TBS coaches, develops assessments and treatments plans for new and existing clients and assists the Program Coordinator in overseeing the clinical aspects of the program. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with TBS coaches who work with children ages 5-21 in their homes, at school, in the community, as well as group homes.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who is licensed as MFT or LCSW with supervisory experience.
Minimum one-year full time equivalent experience working in outpatient settings with children is preferred.
The position requires the ability to develop comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, supervise a team of Bachelors level clinicians, while assisting the Program Coordinator in various daily operations of the program. Strong knowledge of behavior modification is a must.
