TELEPHONIC AFTER HOURS CASE MANAGEMENT

Monarch HealthCare is currently searching for compassionate, and caring Telephonic After Hours Case Managers.  In this work from home position, you will work telephonically to respond to after hours calls from hospitals and providers for transferring out of network patients back into network, assisting with ER diversion admissions, and handle all unplanned discharges. 

 

Our ideal candidate for this at home position the right candidate will be:

 Current and active CA RN with no license restrictions3-5 years prior experience in a case management roleMust be able to work after 5:00 pm and weekendsStrong working knowledge of Milliman along with the ability to navigate Excel, Word, Email and internal software programs  Proven track record and ability to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to provide dedicated phone line and dedicated internet service
