Run JAD sessions for complex analysis and requirements definition. Expert resource on one or more development environments or programming languages. Document and coordinate complex, cross-functional system test plans. Liaison with clients or other systems areas involving complex problem solving is a significant element of work. Accountable for effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project analysis and programming decisions and how easily they can be implemented. Provide significant input to establishment of protocols, tools and systems investments. Frequent consultation with company senior leaders and/or outside vendors on complex issues having impact across UHG organization entities or involving large financial investments. Qualifications: Extensive experience using Java with UNIX. Extensive experience with DataStage. Familiarity with the web component part of web services preferred. Bachelors Degree.
