Insights Consulting, Inc is a progressive human services organization providing meaningful life supports to adults and children with disabilities, autism and mental illness.  Our goal is to improve a person’s quality of life through skill and behavioral enhancement techniques in order for individuals to live successfully in their homes.

 

 

We are hiring in the following locations:

 Bargersville, IN

 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

 B.S. in psychology, sociology or related field.  (Minimum of high school diploma)Strong skill sets in assessment, coordination and implementation of program planning.  Minimum 2 years experience in providing direct care service to people with developmental disabilities.  Demonstrated ability to advocate with public agencies to benefit the program participant.  Supervisory experience preferable in the field of developmental disabilities.  Ability to be First Aid and CPR Certified.Ability to pass a criminal background check.  Verification of a good driving record, insurance and reliable transportation.  Effectively supervise staff in order to maintain high quality services.  Solid problem solving and conflict resolution skills. 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Oversees the supports and services of persons served by our organization by coordinating, facilitating, and implementing all systems and regulatory requirements for each site location.Facilitate staff training sessions, meetings and other organizational requirements as necessary.Implement individual support plan strategies, behavior support plan interventions, and personal development goals.Manage the scheduling of staff, budget and record keeping of household needs, and resolve conflicts as necessary.  Ensuring that the philosophies and values of Insights Consulting are reflected in the day to day supports and services.
