Technical Applications Specialist The Technical Applications Specialist - Generalist will solve problems independently and within established policies and procedures.  Their primary objective is "to do what it takes" to ensure customer satisfaction.  They are responsible for timely system implementation, training and assay additions.  They are responsible for managing their customer base and growing the business.Requirements include a Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.  Thorough technical knowledge of medical technology; 3 to 5 years of laboratory experience, supervisor or management experience is a plus; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer problems and support the sales team's effort.  Ability to prioritize critical customers and handle the crisis customers first; computer literacy is mandatory (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.); must be completely aligned witht ecorporate Vision, Values & Beliefs; strong presentation and selling skills.
