Technical Customer Service Representative

 

Set your direction with a leader in the dental industry, and become a nationally-known member of the Heraeus North American Marketing team.  With substantial growth in the dental industry, Heraeus Kulzer, Inc. is expanding their teams creating new opportunities at the South Bend, IN location.

 The ideal candidate will possess an Bachelors degree, or the equivalent, in Sciences, Dental Technician, or Dental Hygienist field, with an equivalent of 2-4 years practical work experience or academic training in dentistry, laboratory procedures, or in the field of dental hygienic.This position will organize and manage the technical communication function, and will provide technical expertise, critical trouble-shooting, and information on dental/laboratory products to dentists, laboratories, dealers, universities, government agencies and sales representatives.  All technical issues will be resolved through diagnosing problems over the phone and in the laboratory, where applicable, and documented in the designated software.  This position will also identify trends, or critical situations for the business, and report those to management with potential solutions.  This position requires excellent organizational, conceptual, computer, editing, and communication / tactfulness skills along with the ability to take initiative, multi-task, and be detail-oriented with a sense of urgency for prompt critical issue resolution.
