Technical Project Lead

Job Overview

Candidate must have 7+ years experience in solid programming.
Must be able to define project charters, project planning, project scoping, and project delivery.
Must be able to provide project leadership and mentoring to IT staff/project team.
Must have strong background in software development methodology and s/w engineering projects.
Must be able to be involved in detailed requirements specifically relating to analysis an design.

Software Requirements:
Must know:  .Net, C#, SSRS, SQL2005, SSIS, Store Procedures
Knowledge of QNXT desirable.
 
Other Requirements:
Prepares all project deliverables/artifacts with a very high quality; works with business to get all the requirements in details before starting the work.
 
Prepares management reports that communicate succinctly – project status, critical issues, potential pitfalls; keeps management in loop in a proactive fashion and seeks direction as needed to avoid conflicts and problems.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or information systems or other degree with requisite experience. Master’s degree in any discipline.
