Responsibilities: Manage the technical team Work closely with the Business System Analysts during requirements gathering and functional design Work with the technical team to deliver the technical design for the project (module, release, enhancement, product, etc) and detailed technical specifications. Manage the developers to develop as per technical specification. Deploy the code to QA and support the QA environment along with the Business System Analyst Co-ordinate the deployment to production and deploy the code to production. Manage the production support Interface with other application groups and IT infrastructure teams Specific Technical Skills : 12+ yrs of IT experience  Very strong database concepts and in-depth knowledge of relational data structures / models / relationships.  Proficiency in Oracle ¡V (10g preferred)  Proficiency in writing SQL.  Must have experience with ETL tools and products (Informatica preferred)  Must have worked on medium to large size custom application development projects and has exposure to all phases of the SDLC  Must have experience with large data centric applications, an OLTP VLDB environment.  Experience with large integration projects a plus  Working knowledge of WebServices.
