As the Technical Training Manager, located at our Sunnyvale, CA campus, your primary mission will be to interface with all departments within Intuitive Surgical that have a technical training need (outside of Sales and Field Service). Your strong training background will allow you come up to speed quickly as you take ownership of this exciting new role that will allow you to impact the way we conduct training within the company. Proactiveness is key as you will be identifying areas where training is needed, preparing the content and delivering the training across the organization. A strong background in metrics is critical as you will be responsible for creating, recording, evaluating and improving upon consumer-centric success criteria. Working with internal customers, you will procure best practice content, and assist in design and delivery methods to optimize impact.
