TeleHealth Services (an ITOCHU company), a leading provider of systems and services to the hospital/healthcare industry, seeks a technical writer to support its new product development initiatives.  This position will be responsible for designing, planning, organizing, editing, enhancing, writing and maintaining material for system and application documentation for both internal and external audiences.  The writer will take an active role in coordinating documentation requirements with all stakeholders.

 

Successful candidates will have:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Communication, English or Journalism



·  Minimum 3 years experience writing software documentation

·  Proficiency with publishing tools and technologies, including FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, HTML and Microsoft Word

·  Strong technical writing and editing skills

·  Strong ability to acquire, synthesize and present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

·  Experience writing customer-facing documentation

·  Ability to travel and work required hours in a start-up situation.
