TELEPHONE REPRESENTATIVE

Hours:  Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:30pm

 

Location:  25 Stuart Street, Boston

We are seeking a team-oriented, high energy and resourceful Administrator to join our staff at our Boston Donor Center.  You will manage the flow of

blood donors coming in and out of the center; schedule and confirm donor appointments; provide administrative support as needed.  You will also answer and route incoming calls to appropriate staff.

Hours:  Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:30pm

Qualifications:

·  High school diploma or equivalent

·  Requires a minimum of six months of experience in a professional environment

·  Call center or switchboard experience preferred.

·  High degree of professionalism with a strong customer service focus

·  Upbeat, friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

·  Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with our blood donors using the telephone to arrange appointments for donation.

·  Computer literacy is required.
