Rader Programs has assembled a multi-disciplinary team of experienced professionals, many of whom know first hand, the pain and anguish that an eating disorder can cause. Qualifications

Masters Degree or above

Mental Health experience, or Eating Disorder experience a Plus

Capable of facilitating discussion between individuals with differing perspectives.

Leverages relationships within the organization to achieve objectives.

Demonstrated ability to provide direction, motivation, and leadership.

Helps others handle organizational, technical, or procedural change.

Capable of managing people and work. Skills include planning, developing policies, and delegation.

Manages processes to monitor and to maximize performance.

Coordinates communications, meetings, and activities among multiple groups or individuals.

Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
