We currently staff & manage reputable nursing homes in our area such as Crest Manor, Lory Village Green, East Side, Kirkhaven, Maplewood, and now the Villages of Orleans.  We also provide outpatient rehabilitation & wellness services such as Pilates & Massage Therapy at three locations, support multiple medical-model day programs, and provide therapy services to individuals in the comforts of home throughout all of Monroe County.

Current opportunities include: 

SNF:
Occupational Therapist positions.  Be a part of our new therapy team in Albion, NY.  This is a beautiful skilled nursing facility with a newly built transitional care unit. We also have a OT Coordinator position available in LeRoy, NY to supervise our OT program in a large 140-bed SNF.

Additional per-diem OT/PT/SLP (including assistants) support is needed! We have a very supportive team, new graduates are welcome!

OUTPATIENT:
No openings at this time.

HOMECARE:
Per-visit opportunities available. Excellent opportunity for those with challenging schedules. Very flexible, create your own schedule. Very simple documentation system. Just a SOAP note and your done...no OASIS! SNF or Homecare experience preferred. West-side coverage needed.

MEDICAL-MODEL DAY PROGRAM:
Part-time (20-hours per week) PT position. Excellent pay. Say goodbye to HMOs, PPS, OASIS, MDS, and other insurance-related headaches in this environment. This unique setting allows you to be as creative as you'd like to ensure needs are met! Inquire now to learn more!
