They are seeking a superstar Training Director to join their team at their corporate headquarters in Farmington Hills. This person will report directly to the CAO of the company.   JOB DESCRIPTION:   -Manage a team of 8 trainers for North American business   -Manage, develop and implement successful training programs for clinical and management level staff to improve the business and help with retention   -Design training techniques to be most effective   -Measure the quality of training programs through performance assessments   -Ensure training and objectives are properly and effectively delivered   -Responsible for internet training modules/remote training   -Able to present training processes to management and all levels of staff   QUALIFICATIONS:   -Bachelor’s degree -3-5 years of experience in a Training Management role -7+ years of training or designing and implementing trainings -Dynamic presentation skills -Good verbal and written skills -This person must be creative and a strong leader who is ready to implement change -Minimal Travel   COMPENSATION:   -$80,000-$110,000 -Bonus- 25%-30% -Full Benefits   Please send resumes as a word attachment to sarah.kirkland@ajilon.com along with salary requirements.Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $110,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
