EDUCATION: Bachelors Required - Master's Preferred in Education or related field
EXPERIENCE: Experience in the design and delivery of adult education/training programs; working with personal computer systems; literacy in Microsoft Windows / Office Suite programs. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills. Experience in healthcare environment; hands on experience with e-learning systems and technologyability to deliver learning programs catering to varied audiences and different learning styles; established reputation in customer service excellence and demonstrated alignment with business goals are some additional success factors.

The Training Instructor designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates non-clinical education and training programs for both staff and management to support the strategic goals of Hackensack University Medical Center.
Are you an energetic Learning and Development professional with experience in design, development and delivery of corporate educational programs?

Conducting needs assessments, working on teams and with business partners; understanding regulatory requirements and associated educational requirements; coordinating large training events (500-7500 participants); supporting and managing training department operations; developing innovative training products and programs using classroom and technology enabled learning; and delivering educational programs to a diverse audience will be some of your routine job responsibilities.
