Job Title:     Training ManagerTO APPLY: Email your resume to andrea.gaipa@modisit.com   Call Andrea: 925-359-2025Modis IT is actively searching for a Training Manager who has experience rolling out ERP applications.  In this role you will be responsible to lead the entire spectrum of training in support of the Legacy Modernizations.  This position is located in San Francisco and Bart accessible.  You will work with key clients to include Legacy Modernization (LM) team, IT and Business end-users.   Scope and Responsibilities  Conduct Training needs assessment for training requirements 60 days prior to each LM phase Plan, facilitate and coordinate training with Trizetto, other external vendors and internal training community. Develop a detailed training plan including curriculum, training medium, resource requirements etc., for end user training of the Facets Systems. Design technical training for hardware and software infrastructure Business Operations. Training audiences will include:  Customer Services, Provider Network Management and Healthcare Services. Develop training implementation plan to support the development and implementation of release I of LM Providing learning and knowledge management support. Develop training schedules and sequencing of training. Integrate training into client corporate training standards. Coordinate change management training for managers dealing with change, conflict resolution etc., in support of LM Help define future skills development training as necessary for people managing in the new and integrated world of the client. Help design efficient on-boarding strategies for LM Evaluates effectiveness of these programs and researches best practices to ensure successful implementations. Create training metrics to track success and provide continuous improvement. Knowledge and Skills Must have experience rolling out Training for large Enterprise Software Applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft or Trizetto Facets (a plus). Education:  Bachelor's degree and seven years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Knowledge (Skill/Level) Requirements:  Demonstrated ability to direct staff, to develop cross-functional training teams, and to interact with all departments. Professional training certificate or equivalent certification. Must have excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills. Ability to serve as an internal training consultant. Must be able to create interactive training using adult learning principles, case studies, simulations and role plays. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups. Ability to write and edit training manuals and materials. Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs assessments. Project Management and Vendor coordination skills In depth knowledge of instructional design and familiarity with eLearning and other training methodologies. Prior experience developing comprehensive training plans supporting key business initiatives. Experience  Bachelor's degree and seven years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Must have experience rolling out Training for large Enterprise Software Applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft (or Trizetto Facets, a plus) to be considered.
