Training Specialist - Clinical / Nurse Educator

In this creative role, you would conduct training for new and existing Nurseline staff while serving as a subject matter expert. This is a unique opportunity to use your clinical knowledge in a brand-new way, so make a healthy career change and apply today. Primary responsibilities include: Training Nurseline staff via web, classroom and one-on-one follow-up Conducting new hire orientation Traveling to our other sites to facilitate training (as needed) Following up with hiring managers to determine success of training program Determining additional training needs Writing quick-reference guides for training The chosen candidate will possess: Current, unrestricted RN licensure or a Bachelor’s degree Experience in a clinical/healthcare setting Experience presenting information to others in a healthcare or corporate setting MS Office skillsWe also prefer: Training experience in a healthcare setting or experience as a clinical educator Nurseline experience Public sector experience A background in cultural diversity training Training software knowledge  UnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
