Training Supervisor

Qualifications:

-  Bachelor’s degree with education or systems-related discipline preferred.   

-  Minimum of (6) years within the dental and/or Orthodontic field required. 

-  Must work independently, be self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible.  Must prioritize, multi-task and be detail-oriented.

-  Strong computer knowledge required.  Experience with online training tools and methods are strongly desired.

-  Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as superior customer service experience required.

-  Must exercise discretion in handling confidential material at all times.

-  Candidate should have ability to promote company services and software systems.

 

Job duties:

Develops and implements instructional materials and training sessions for corporate, orthodontic and dental practices in which we deliver services, utilizing knowledge of defined training needs and most effective methods of training, i.e. individual, group classes, web trainings, demonstrations, workshops and presentations.

 

Confers with management (corporate & ortho/dental practices) to gain knowledge of job related duties to successfully train an individual to better understand policies, procedures, regulations and technologies.

 

Interacts with all other departments to gathers specific departmental policies, procedures and educational literature to create and conduct Corporate Presentations and Doctor/Manager Meetings.

 

Develops and designs technical writing and documentation as it applies to Software Manuals and training on departmental policies and procedures, both corporate and practice level.

 

Assist with the development and testing of software’s and designs case scenarios for training data bases.

 

Travel is required.  Weekend and evening work will be expected.
