Training and Exercise Program Support

Capstone's Military / Civil Operations division is currently a motivated and talented individual who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience as a Training and Exercise Program Support in Washington, DC.

 

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the command's training and assessment programs. Develop and maintain the command's short and long term training schedules. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of command exercises to include attending required training conferences and participating in the exercises. Assist in the execution and documentation of After Action Reviews. Maintain a Lessons Learned database. Assess individual training requirements and assess service schools, seminars and courses available to fully develop the capabilities and knowledge required for mission support in the environment. Maintain training records; monitor training and readiness within the organization and support input to the Joint Monthly Readiness Review.

 

Qualifications:

Ten years experience in training and exercise development with at least 3 years of Joint training experience in exercise development.
-Knowledge of METL development and assessment.
-Experience supporting exercises in Joint and interagency environments with emphasis on homeland security, anti-terrorism, counter-drug, and homeland defense a plus.
-Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
-Active Secret Clearance Required
