The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with systems analysts and providing HTML layouts, graphic designs, dynamic mockups and integrating presentation tier to underlying service layer. Required Skills  Experience and demonstrated creativity in Web user interface analysis and design. Expert skills with the following technologies: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML. Expertise with JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge AJAX is a plus. Experience using image editing packages such as Photoshop or Paintshop Pro. Experience using web design and development tools, such as Dreamweaver. Familiarity with Java programming and IBM Rational Software a plus. Expertise in ergonomics and human factors in interface design is a plus.
