User Support Analyst

We have an immediate opening for a User Support Analyst to join our eSolutions Department.  The Analyst provides first call resolution for the installed NextGen® Electronic Medical Record (EMR)/Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) practice sites and other e-solution applications. Responsibilities include issue resolution, application monitoring, adherence to service level agreements, and assistance to the EMR Application Analyst and EPM Application Analyst as required.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

·  College degree in Computer/Information Science or closely related field preferred. 

·  Two or more years’ Healthcare experience. 

·  Experience in remotely supporting technology and application users.

·  Demonstrated knowledge of structured software testing and documentation required.

·  Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints required.

·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills are mandatory.

·  Excellent oral and written communication skills, both technical and business focused, required.

·  Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, voice mail, and various office automation equipment and applications.

·  Experience with the NextGen®  EMR and EPM system highly desirable.
