Day Shift

 

Our client in the Beverly area has asked that we search for a VASCULAR ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST.

This hospitals mission is to serve the community as a public health advocate and provide support and services which respond to the area's health care needs through health education, health promotion and access to care.

The Vascular Technologist performs various noninvasive tests, at the request of attending physicians, in the Vascular Laboratory and throughout the Medical System, using continuous wave Doppler, Duplex Ultrasound machines and related equipment. Prepares patients for the procedure by explaining the procedure, obtaining pertinent clinical history through direct questioning and review of the patient's prior records and performing a physical examination.  Monitors and maintains essential patient care and safety. 

Requirements:

Associates Degree in Science
Registered by the ARDMS and/or RVT

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Good interpersonal and computer skills.
A minimum of one year of or vascular technologist experience.
