We have an excellent opportunity for a Vice President, Youth Market for the Western Carolinas.In this position you will lead a team of 5 fundraisers, each member being responsible for managing school based accounts. You will coach, and grow your staff to exceed aggressive fundraising goals by creating a vision and translating it into specific action plans for each team member. You will actively work with each team member to grow existing accounts and secure new ones. You will spend three quarters of your time in area schools with your team interacting with teachers, principals, superintendents, and parents. Your success will be measured by your ability to leverage these relationships into successful fundraising campaigns.
