VP of Business Development Home Health Care

Rapidly growing Home Health care Company serving the Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding areas is accepting resumes for the position of VP of Business Development qualified candidates will:

•Direct the activities of assigned sales staff and provides sales related support to branch management to ensure area sales and profit targets are achieved or exceeded. •Manage, develop and train sales team and oversee their activities. Work with Sales Management to implement appropriate sales structure and prioritizes key customers in accordance with market sales plan. •Assess market and establish with management and territory staff sales strategy goals and tactics. Identify high dollar prospects within an assigned area. •Manage area sales personnel and activities to meet/exceed assigned sales target. •Work with Agency Management to develop and execute area specific annual strategic plan/budget and prepares monthly sales updates to ensure achievement of established sales goals and compliance with established sales budget. Manage sales time and resources according to plan. •Maintain accurate target lists and territory management systems records.
