Our staff enjoy their jobs for many reasons: the close relationships our caregivers cultivate with patients, our support staff’s role in maintaining these relationships, and the benefits of working for the nation’s most respected health care system.  Vendor Program Coordinator RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reports to the Director of DME/Respiratory of Johns Hopkins Pharmaquip • Initiate and maintain on site vendor programs throughout the coverage area of Johns Hopkins Pharmaquip • Assess and implement vendor programs in physician offices, facilities and anywhere else that will promote and maintain safe, efficient, effective care • Coordinate consistent practice throughout these sites and be a liaison to the Operations Manager • Educate staff on the use of the DME and ensure their comprehension on purpose, function and reimbursement for DME and or supplies • Collate outcome data and create outcomes that will be monitored and reported to the Director of DME • Track and trend referral data and assist the marketing team with in services and explanation of services as requested.
